Scrambled Eggs

What could be easier than whipping up some scrambled eggs for dinner on those nights you just can’t be bothered cooking! Here’s a super speedy, easy peasy, delicious recipe to try…

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • Dash of milk

  • 2 - 3 slices of cheese, chopped up roughly into smaller pieces

  • Cracked pepper to taste

Method

  • Crack eggs into microwave safe bowl/dish

  • Add dash of milk

  • Whisk briefly

  • Add cheese

  • Add cracked pepper

  • Place in microwave on high for five minutes. Stop approx half way through to stir

  • Serve!

Notes

  • We use 6 eggs for four people

  • Delicious served with mushrooms, onion and bacon on toast or in burritos with a side salad
